There are various screens in the Portal where Users can create a new Work Order or Work Request. Because a new Work Order or Request is not associated with a specific unit, that needs to be done first.
Select a Property from the drop down list. All units for that property display in the results table.
Select an Occupant Status if you want to filter the results by Current, Future, or Former Occupants only.
You can also filter the results
using the fields under each column heading. Enter data in the field
and then (optionally) click the Filter
shortcut to select a rule to apply (less than, equal to, between,
starts with, and so forth). Filters can be applied to multiple columns
at once.
Highlight a Unit.
Click Apply at the bottom of the screen. The Work Request or Work Order form displays.
